Mike Jensen
Michael Jensen entered the local real estate market after graduating with a double major in Real Estate and Finance from CSU; and has been a licensed Realtor since 1996.
More than 1,300 transaction later, Jensen has consistently been in the top 1% of all local brokers and in the top 5% in the state most years. After selling his first company, Housing Helpers in 2001, he pursued his dream to live on a sailboat in the Caribbean for 20 months before he returned and purchased Fort Collins Real Estate in 2003. He grew this company to over 30 people strong with 20 agents, which he then merged with Keller Williams in September 2008.
Michael focuses on residential and commercial investment sales, as well as urban infill redevelopment projects, marketing new projects and assembling land. He has a passion for the renewal and reinvention of Downtown Fort Collins and the North College Avenue Corridor.
He is involved in many organizations including UniverCity Connections, North Fort Collins Business Association, the Downtown Development Authority, and he sits on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army and OpenStage Theatre.
